We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the helpfulness of the staff. The location was ideal, as it was close to everything we needed. We especially loved that the hotel was just next to the convention center, making it convenient for us to attend conferences. The transportation options were great, with the metro and bus stops nearby. there were good parking opportunities under the hotel. The breakfast was superb, with a pancake-making machine that we loved. we highly recommend this hotel.

It was also conveniently close to the next Cafe and subways, making it extremely easy to explore the city. The service provided was top-notch, with excellent room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. We were also delighted by the shops and commercial services offered on site, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. The room amenities were impressive, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and in-room safe added an extra level of comfort, and the free Wi-Fi in rooms was greatly appreciated. The rooms themselves were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Additionally, the free toiletries, refrigerator, electric kettle, television, and AM/FM alarm clock were all thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay. The hotel also boasted a fantastic dining restaurant, offering the option for in-room breakfast. The bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind and enjoy a drink, and we even had the option for packed lunches and special diet menus. The mattress in our single room was comfortable and there were no issues with it being two beds put together. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a safe and a small fridge. The temperature was perfect and the wifi worked well. Although the TV was a bit tricky to navigate, the selection of channels was diverse. The breakfast, included in our rate, was decent, although it could have had more variety. The location of the hotel near the trade fair was convenient, especially for business travelers. we had a pleasant experience at the Mercure Hotel Hamburg Mitte and would recommend it to others.
